The author's Knowledge Base (KwB) is 21 years old in 2011 and has collected 50,000 Nodes as of this month. This is without specific training events; only normal day to day activities.

The KwB statistics are as follows: 15 Groups, 47 Subjects, 1,398 Files and 50,005 Nodes in a 154 MB KwB on flash media.

The Average KwB IQ is 331.7 which was achieved 04/25/2011.

As a reference point, the 12/03/2010 ship level PKS had a KwB IQ of 163.0 across all material. The KBS subject has a KwB IQ of 315.6 and the KBSOpt subject has a KwB IQ of 495.3. The author's private material has a KwB IQ of 839.0.

The dictionary has a working vocabulary of 29,055 words and a technical vocabulary of 7,950 words.

Note: The KwB IQ is unique to the Knowledge System family of products and does not correspond to any human IQ measuring technique.

Knowledge Based Solutions is pleased to announce that the Personal Knowledge System has been updated to the 1.3.2.44 code level. At this level, the package continues to contain the functions of all previously announced software applications in the WinKwB Knowledge System family.

In addition, this level supports thinking about the contents of the KwB (Knowledge Base).

Knowledge Based Solutions is pleased to announce that the Personal Knowledge System has been updated to the 1.3.2.43 code level. At this level, the package continues to contain the functions of all previously announced software applications in the WinKwB Knowledge System family.

In addition, this level supports the World Wide Knowledge System configuration - a peer-to-peer sharing of knowledge among all system users.

07/21/2010 Support Announcement

Knowledge Based Solutions has completed Phase Three development for the WinKwB Knowledge System. All users are encouraged to upgrade to the current modification level (1.3.2.33) of the Personal Knowledge System Trial package as soon as possible. Registered users are encouraged to install the trial package and use the License ID for their registered products. As usual, backup your current system prior to this upgrade and report any problems. All copies of the Personal Knowledge System Trial package continue to be Extended Trial versions, which means no charge for the life of release 3.

Personal Knowledge System for U3 is a portable version you can take with you wherever you go. All you need is a U3 smart drive, and you can use Personal Knowledge System from any Windows XP computer, anywhere.

Personal Knowledge System for U3 will run on any brand of U3 smart drive. And once you remove the U3 smart drive from a PC, your software is removed also and no one else will have access to it. Your Knowledge System, Knowledge Base and your customization travel on the U3 smart device.

The U3 version of Personal Knowledge System is an Extended Trial version which means no charge for the life of release 3.

You may download this Knowledge System now from the U3 site. Just click on the U3 Logo to start using your copy.

Knowledge Based Solutions has upgraded all products on this site to Version One, Release Three. Effective August 31, 2004, all support for all announced Version One, Release Two products is withdrawn. Registered users for Release One and Release Two of all products are automatically supported for Release Three of the respective applications at no additional charge. Please do not order new copies of these products to upgrade to the new code level. Just download a Trial copy or Service copy and install over top of existing copies, without un-installing the prior level, using the current serial number (Please take an application system backup first, our elves sometimes do make mistakes).

04/07/2004 Software Announcement

Knowledge Based Solutions is pleased to announce the general availability of the Remote Sharing Option Remote Modification capability. Users can now leave their Knowledge Base at home on their RSO Server workstation and access and modify while traveling, using a RSO Client workstation on a remote copy of their Knowledge System application.

12/17/2003 Availability Announcement

Knowledge Based Solutions is pleased to announce that all applications have been repackaged to reduce package size. Knowledge System Foundation Class support for the Windows 95 environment and Knowledge System Voice Support have been moved to separate packages. These changes will result in reduced download times and smaller installation packages for most users.

Users desiring voice support or using Windows 95 may download these optional packages from the Help page.
