Decision criteria

In plotting the path forward, we can use decision criteria to help make choices between different approaches to solving the identified problems.

The following criteria are suggested for consideration:

  1. economic efficiency - produce most goods and services at lowest cost
  2. full employment - in each country
  3. fairness - no group favored over others in application of the law
