3. Excessive Federal Debt
   • Limit Interest on National Debt
   • 5 percent of budget
4. Secure Retirement
   • Fully Fund Social Security
   • No cap on Social Security tax
   • Tax on Income for life
   • 401K Required/with assistance
5. Health Care
   • Require everyone to purchase a uniform health care policy
   • From one of two national pools: below retirement age or above retirement age
   • Assistance for low income
6. Job Security
   • Guaranteed jobs
   • No welfare
7. High cost of Gasoline
   • Everyone strive to reduce their gasoline consumption by ten percent
     • Combine trips which use auto
     • If high mileage driver, get more fuel efficient auto
     • If knowledge worker, telecommute one extra day a week
     • Use video conference to visit family and friends from time to time
8. Nuclear Proliferation
   • UN Law to register nuclear material
   • MAD strategy
9. Terrorism
